Redeeming the voucher
When adding to basket, simply let us know the full name of the person who you'd like to gift the voucher to, and they'll be able to redeem their session with us at any time by following the simple instructions on the voucher (for existing members, no action is required).

Sending the voucher

• If you would like us to send the voucher on your behalf, you also have the option to provide the recipient's email address.
• If you would prefer to send the voucher yourself, this is perfectly fine. After purchasing, you will receive a customisable PDF via email to send to your recipient however you so wish. Vouchers can also be printed out and physically gifted.
